Games similar to Rage?
I really like Rage, but I just finished the story.
So as long as there`s no Rage 2 I need a game as fun as this.
Could you suggest some games that are similar to Rage?

Yeah, Borderlands and Fallout.

Doom series, Quake, Hexen, Bioshock, Wolfenstein, Singularity (I think).. Borderlands and Fallout are similar in setting but have very different gameplay from Rage.

Singularity is a Tower Defense game isn't it? Nothing like a FPS.

... No, it's an FPS with a time manipulation gimmick. From what i've heard it's pretty decent, but at this point waiting for a sale might be prudent.

I think Borderlands is more similar to it than any of the games you mentioned. Everything in your list is very linear or has small explorable levels.

Rage has vehicles and a large world to explore as you go around accepting missions... much like Borderlands.

rage is an inbetween of doom and borderlands, its not THAT open. but it's fun as hell.

you're thinking of anomaly? singularity is a fps game by raven software, An amazing games dev who made hexen 2! another amazing game. nowadays they're delegated to doing cod dlc. I wonder how much of the old blood is still left at raven.

So true. All their games and raven's games just feel "right" within fps genre. Unreal engine games like borderlands while good, feel far too slow and floaty for me. Id Tech is part of the reason quake 3 is still popular to this day.

And i thought Quake 2 was WWWWAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYY better than Quake 3......mostly because of the maps.....quake 2 had great stock maps, and way better community maps.....god i miss the days of quake 2 DM.

Sure, if you like a story/atmosphere heavy RPG with terrible FPS mechanics.
