60°c is perfectly fine though, processors can handle much higher temperatures without being damaged and have very long lifespans, so don't worry
PS: you can still google your CPU model's temperatures on idle/under load to have more details, also invest in a quality CPU cooler if you're using the stock one that came with the CPU when you bought it
So if you are worried, look up the max temperature and see if you can set that in the bios.
If your comp keeps crashing then it's time to open it up and get it cleaned.
TL;DR: Don't worry 60 degrees is nothing to be worried about. First sign of any trouble would be a slowdown (lag) or occasional freeze. Personally I use CPUID HWMonitor to keep an eye temps and voltage levels on my laptop (be aware that some processors aren't fully supported on that. It mistakes my AMD Dual-Core A6-4400M for a single core making it add temps from both cores which gives me a readout of 90-105/110 celsius depending on what I'm doing). This is mostly due to my laptop being a piece of ****.
Don't worry mate! It's totally fine. Clean it in 6-9 months and there should be no problem (unless you smoke a lot. Nicotine gathers on electronics very easily and makes dust stick pretty easy).
Edited to satisfy the grammar nazi inside me.
Actually just discovered a cleaning might be in order. Temps just went to 75 degrees on my cpu. Wouldn't be much of a problem if it wasn't' stationed just underneath the keypad.
