"Out of Memory" Error PLZ Help

Ok so after not having played this game for years I come back to it, because I honestly liked the game, and now I keep getting this "Out of memory" error thing telling me to change my settings even when playing on lowest settings, honestly this is ridiculous, my old potato pc could run this dammed thing and now that I finally have a semi-decent computer I keep getting this error.

Now most time I press accept (cause I saw someone saying to just ignore it) and the game keeps running like nothing ever happened but now I'm starting to get sent to the Main Menu or the game just crashes after the error.

I tried looking for others with the same problem but I just haven't been able to make anything work, every time the error starts appearing to much or kicking me out of the game I do a file check (It always recovers one file for some reason) and restart my pc but I'm starting to get tired so hopefully someone has figured this out and sees this.

I have some launch comands working cause supposedly they help?

Hey man, I managed to help another guy out, so here is the link to that thread in this forum.

Just take everything slow.

The one file thing always happens. No need to verify if only one file missing. It's to do with the recreation of one of the ini files for the updated 64bit... probably. Anyway, it's normal to get that.

The best version I played was indeed on the xbox 360 Anarchy edition.
The "Dead city," area, is/was absolutely a gore fest. The walls are covered and dripping bright red blood. All other versions don't have quite that level of gore.

The PC version is tamed down just a bit overall, and is fine, but, The area I mentioned was stand out. I was pretty shocked, not even the Resi evil games are like that!

I'd just finished playing the original Dead Space on 360, and that isn't exactly tea party.
Then played Rage Anarchy ed. after. It was the bloodiest game I've played.

Sadly my 360 red ring of death occured a few years back, but for a select few games made for it, it's better, than the PC versions. Despite the obsolete hardware, I still reckon that anarchy edition, on the 360 is the best.
