No idea why anyone wants to grind in a pure city fight with no armour anyway? It is called Steel Division because of armour I reckon.
I sure it could be made to work in some way. It would have to involve a mix of urban and open engagements though or it’d be pretty boring I think. Maybe a city with a few hills within it would make tanks useful?
They are tons of uses for tanks in city.
Maybe a separate, Fall of Berlin expansion? That would actually be pretty dope, and would give more reason to develop some maps more focused on heavy urban combat.
I also often enjoy heavy city combat. The amount of micro and attention you need to pay to lanes of fire with your armor can sometimes be invigorating in the often stale 10v10s.
a big warsaw map could be AWESOME to play with the polish divisions.

I assume this is going to be a larger version of those village maps we have. I'd be very surprised if that map looked like Stalingrad or something.
why? name 5 reason?
The game wasn't designed for city-style urban combat,
hence it lacks fundamental mechanics for it
it would be pretty bland
performance would be awful
balance would be way off
