divisions go from the best to the worst depending on the situation
for instance, Rhymma Rypanna is one of the best divisions when it comes to close quarters combat, which is well-suited for several maps, but their lack of Tanks(limited to 2(I think) cards of BA-10s and a card of T-26s) and critical lack of powerful long-ranged AT(which what you get is a single card of PaK 40s and some PaK 38s), but they get excellent infantry for CQC with their Jaakari being one of the most efficient for fighting in towns and forests and all of their troops in general are very good for CQC Fighting
On the other hand, lets take the Bane of the 10v10 noob, the 16th Panzer, it gets the KT(H) which is unmatched in head on head confrontations, so in more open maps its unrivaled, however the division gets some of the least amount of infantry slots in the game(tied with Pnzerverband Strachwitz, but Strachwitz gets some unique Recce that's powerful in CQC to make up for its lackluster infantry count) and its PzGrens will fare badly in towns and forests, where in both cases something as simple as the ubiquitous Strelki(SVT) can be more than a match of them, much less more focused units like Strahfniki or Gornostrelki
Both divisions have ANTI-TANK (M10A1 DESTROYER, M18 HELLCAT, PAK 43 KRUPP 88mm) and ANTI-AIR (FLAK 41 88mm) units capable of 2000m anti-tank combat, and to support these there are multiple TANK (M4A 1, M4A1 RHINO, STUG IV) and ANTI-TANK (MARDER III M, JAGDPANZER IV) to support them.
And with many INFANTRY (RIFLES(Late), RANGERS, VOLKSDEUTSCHE, SS-LEGIONARI) that can handle any infantry combat, from shooting to close quarters, they can expect many jobs, from time-buying defensive shields to swords in urban areas and forest attacks.
Both divisions also have excellent ARTILLERY (M21 MMC 81mm, XYLOPHONE 114mm, s.FH 396(r)122mm, NEBELWERFER 41 150mm) and AIR (P-47D-23-RA, Ju 87 G-1, Ju 88 S-1) so they have a variety of attack options.

There are other divisions that sit in a similar level but these are probably the big 3 in 1v1 play. Pretty much all of these get insta banned in tournaments because they are highly flexible and powerful.
