My apologies then. I can't read specs though. I have Ge Force 1070 and I never have any problems on max settings.

My previous computer was 11 years old, first generation Core i5-750 computer with 16GB memory and it was able to run SD2 at medium graphics setting fairly well. There were some slow downs from time to time if too many things were happening at once, however it was overall pleasant experience.

My apologies but I am not very familiar with AMD graphics cards, but I had GTX1080 so if RX460 is similar then I think you would have wonderful time with SD2. :)
