i feel its too much , i know they lack AT , but 2 cards of Tiger Ausf E. is enough.
A single German Tiger battalion fielded 45 tanks, and they were much more widespread, even though rarely at full strength.
So ... no, it is appropriate.
nebelwerfer 42, FW 190 AT,Hummel, lot of recon options.

just played 10v10 slutsk with 9 player 16th panzer, we just steamrolled them down to 12-20,
especially when you can get KT at each phase
Dont answer, the question is rethoric.
SD2 REALLY needs more KTs and Recon Napalm for 25points!!!!
I think you guys are completely retarded by now.
In 1v1 its about cheap inf with good, cost effective medium tank and planes.
Allies tend to have more off that hence the 1v1 ''meta'' is alot off allies vs allies. But hen you never really see a div like 29th or 2nd tank corps choses since they dont have cost effective tanks, or army krakowa since it lacks effective medium tanks and good planes.
In teamgames with more units overall heavy tanks tend to do well since there will be plenty off AA and you have less space to cover and there is less room for flanking = WW1 heavy tank & arty attration war, and the heavier the tank, the better.
and then I see 16pz a monster for 3v3+ battle scale and a div said have limited inf and limited AT and limited AA at intro but in fact only had limit AT for real.
I post the similar note under the new patch note. I think even the most noobish player will see soviet in 33+ battle scale was a RUSH or DIE game you really don't deserve to play coz German armor Meta. This game was totally different between 1122 3344 and 1010 but I really don;t care about 1v1 but EG always balanced the game only base on 1v1. seriously which game mod has the most gamer number base? coz team player are consider "Noobish" so we don't even deserve a team game balance patch??? EG PLS.
Sandomierz bridgehead was not a part of Bagration. It was a part of Lvov–Sandomierz Offensive. It was conducted by the First Ukrainian Front and it had 2 tank armies, much more tanks than in Belarus. I did a quick limited search and found out that there were at least 10 IS-2 regiments (breakthrough tank regiments ## 1, 11, 12, 28 ,29, 47, 57, 59 and heavy tank regiments ##71, 72) - 200 tanks in total on paper in the First Ukrainian Front and I did not check all the units - some more IS-2s could be a part of this front. And also there were many such regiments in reserve of course and Soviet replacement speed was very high so all of these regiments would get new IS-2 if they lost some.
If Germany can have 3 heavy tank slots than USSR should have them too and it obviously had enough tanks historically. And now German side can start the game with KT in phase A without any problems and still have 2 slots with 6-8 tanks - how historical is this? And of course theoretically we now can have 120 KTs (H) in 10v10 match.
I think that only a division with about 3 stacks of andryushas/IS-2.44 can counter this effectively without the loss of the fun element. 3 KT slots with 200mm armor - if you are ok with this then USSR needs something as ridiculous (3 andryusha/IS-2.44 slots for example or even 4). Or 5 IS-2.43 slots... etc
