Horrible, disgusting russian translation

Greetings, firstly i want to say that despite of the title (and the text below) i really appreciate that this game have russian translation (i think as most of russian players), but... While for most of time i was okay with russian translation (despite numerious typos, in some moments clear google translate etc.), it more and more looks like just google translate and nothing more with every further DLC. I know that translation of so big amount of text is not a, well, easy task, but still.

Basically, there is moments which can be, well, "translated" to english like "Difense Grop", "1t Reefle Reg." or "Group of Baхtin" - for more clear example, in almost all cases moments like "18-y strelk. reg." are transalted to russian as "18-ы стрелк. полк" which is, well, clear google translate due to "18-ы" is shortened version of word "Восемнадцатый" and usally in russain language is "18-ый" (due to in some systems of transliteration "ы" and "й" are translated by same letter "y"). Saying shortly - most of moments are translated through, well, very cursed transaltion as russian -> translatiration to english -> transliteration to russian which creates "borked language".

Going further, we also can notice problem with letter "д" which, despite of its place in text always appears as capital "Д" which, with some adaption on english, will look like "Despite of this part of the game, it's still is playable but creates some baD moments with reaDing texts on russian language" or something like that.


In any case, game is really adorable and thanks for your work.

Eh, i'm pretty sure that most of top players are playing in english versions.

To be honest, the english translation isn't 100% either.

Some sentences displayed during the loading screen literally make no sense, and even the english voice acting sounds like they got non-english speakers do say the lines, as they actually mispronounce words and make other errors in speech.

Yea. It would be nice if genuine Russians would volunteer to help with localisation/translation.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but I can't help but feel disdain for someone who lurks on a forum of a game they seem to hate so much just to trash it.

It is not odd, Eugen works on the English version and then modifies the other versions."`cosmetic changes" are sometimes not made in other versions and delayed to a later time.

It is a great game but they need more people on the quality team.

Yea, they've reduced the size of their team. $$$ reasons.
But they could use some volunteers for localization/translations.
