It's listed here as one of their products:

Nor is it anywhere on Wargaming .net's main splash page where they showcase all their games.
My guess is that WG .net wanted to cut a deal with Eugen, something didn't work out (either for the moment or forever) and Wargaming forgot to remove the SD2 page on their support tab.

What? Thats very odd. I use to play world of tanks and recently found steel division 2. So I'm guessing they did have some deal close to complete and something went wrong and war games forgot to remove those bits. Do they actually check their own web site lol?
10x FREE DLC!

Why We’re Putting It on the WGC
We want Wargaming Game Center to feature not only WG’s in-house titles, but also games that are close in spirit to us and our community. Those games might be of different genres, but the things they will have in common are tactical gameplay and team interaction.
Next year, we will release Partisans 1941 on the WGC; it’s a tactical strategy game developed by Alter Games where you will lead and control a partisan detachment. You will control each squad member, build and reinforce the partisan camp and improve each partisan’s skills.
Be on the lookout for announcements of more games coming to the WGC in the future!
I guess the only way to get a definitive answer (short of a statement from a Eugen employee) is for someone with a Wargaming account to see if SD2 is purchasable from their Premium store.
Apparently Steel Division 2 has been removed from Game Center by the january of 2022 and possibly even sooner.
