Is the history pass worth it?

Absolutely, though it doesn't have the western front divisions in it if you want those in particular. But all Singleplayer content is in it. Which is alot for that prize

Few ? I get in battles in seconds almost every time. The other times is when I have to wait between one and two minute to get into a battle. There's plenty for MP.

Absolutely worth getting it complete. Either solo or MP. Having all the Divisions and Maps will help with multiplayer too. It disqualifies you less often. Although time of day DOES matter.

Player base is back at launch level and growing, so yeah finding multiplayer is a matter of maximum 5 min in 90% of the cases.
