Report a translation problem
They can be simple 8-directional sprites that look more like symbols.
They don't need be artistic depiction of a T-34 or Red Army soldier etc but can still just be a simple Blue/Green/Red sillhouttes such as a soldier for a infantry squad.
It's not just a matter of it looking better but if you have simple animated sprites then they can also give more information to player of them animated as firing, moving, standing still etc
especially in moments when you need intense and quick microing cluttering units are 1 of the biggest downsides of the unit select system there is.
The SNAP UI is in WARGAME ALL WARGAME AND steel division in the interface option menu turnoff-able. (And COMPLETELY ADAPTABLE!) -> I have it close to W:EE way for 5 years now.
And in steel divison thats a totally different thing. oh and you know this.
