At some point you have to consider merging or deleting repetitive threads.
People who haven't bought the game will come to this forum and think SD2 belongs on a trash heap.
yes, there is a manual ingame in the Army General campaign mode. But it is rather uncomfortable to read

YouTube is blocked in a lot of countries, and besides that: a video is not always the most comfortable way to learn. There are a lot of people who like old-fashioned written manuals.
There are I am one of these people that LIKE old-fashioned written manuals, when there is NO paper manual.

This thread is old, so the link above didn't exist back then.
In game AG manual: "Moving Land Units" table have only 1 written instead proper distances.
Online manual: Keyboard Shortcuts are not up to date.
Thank you DasaKamov for your goodwill :-)
I am sorry if this response is a bit longer than most messages in these forums, where people do not fully explain what they are asking for.
Also, the objective is that "Eugen Systems" professional, that are monitoring panels as this, can better understand the needs of a very important segment of gamers that want a excellent wargame, as is the case with "Steel Division 2".
Please do understand why I need of a FULL manual (and what most people ask for).
A FULL manual has all details of the mechanics that a player needs to know to focus on the strategy itself and not waist innumerable hours trying to discover these mechanics, by trial and error, or watching YOUTUBE videos, or searching internet for information that in most cases is vague, incorrect or missing crucial things that only know, who developed and wrote the software.
A FULL Manual, can have 200, 300 or whatever pages are needed to detail (you can be sure that we read it fully).
Not 30 pages, that just give a general look into the mechanics, as the one you indicated.
When the game is launched, it must have a online WIKI that is updated according with updates launched.
It is counseled that this WIKI can be printed into a pdf file by the user that wants, as it is not very practical to pause an ongoing battle either with AI or Multiplayer.
I am a "gronard" veteran gran strategy wargaming.
We "gronard" are mainly concentrated on the strategy and not "dwelling" or "fighting" of discovering the hidden details of software game mechanics.
Maybe "Eugen Systems" does not a person, within its current ST2 team, that exclusively does this task..... it ought to have as... you cannot find one? ok, I can do it
...on Steam regularly have been inserted regular posts about the launching of a game and its content.
These are Marketing / Commercial contents with the sole objective of "selling" the game.
It is not these that I am asking about, but you could use these posts to inform your current customers (and future ones) of these mechanic details.
YOU CAN DO THIS, BECAUSE IF YOU MANAGED TO DEVELOP A FANTASTIC GRAN STRATEGY WARGAME, for sure you can explain much better all hidden mechanics.
We do not ask for a "winning" game manual, this is up to the skills of the players.
Many thanks.
