Upgrade from Standard to Deluxe edition

Is it possible upgrade standard pre purchase edition to deluxe or higher one? If yes how? Steam seems not allow you to do that for this game.

Very, very dumb way to sell games

I only have the standard game along with the preorder pack. I would have been happy to buy a delux version weeks or months ago to have early access to the campaign. Instead, I can't upgrade my standard edition. I know the delta is only missing a couple days of gaming, but the stupidity here is sort of insane.

I have bought every wargame, SD1 and SD2. Why would any company want to screw over someone who has bought every one of their games within a given genre? I am very excited about this game, but I doubt I will pay Eugen for anything else going forward. They need to hire some professionals to run the shop.

It's kinda stupid but if you want, pretty sure you can refund and get the deluxe edition. You aren't missing that much, just like 2 days.

I was wondering the same thing. I guess you could refund the game and then purchase the deluxe edition.

The "Marketing Division" lost this battle to earn some extra development cash??? Bought General Deluxe in January and was ready months ago to upgrade to entire package as the development progressed in promising directions. One might say Eugen missed the extra supply convoy!

technical speaking maybe people who want to upgrade can ask for a refund if you bought it here on steam., often steam refund in less than 24 houres.. And then buy another version instead. If you are quick and do it right now, there is a chance you can buy the preorder deluxe eidition before all versions of the game is released tomorrow.

Press the game and in the right side of screen click on support and ask for a refund.
( BUT if you have played more than 2 houres you cannot refund. ).

Thanks all for you. I suppose i can't refound i played the beta sooooo much more than 2 hours. Anyway i hope it will be possible upgrade in the next days like all the steams games. Eugen i really not understand this kind of decision, have no sense for me.

They did it. Toke one hour for processing. Just be aware that the refund after be accepted will be in "hold" for a week
