Sale, but which version to buy?

I see there is a sale on steam and I was wondering which version I have to choose and which version contains what features.

These are the options:
Steel Division 2
Steel Division 2 - Commander Deluxe Edition
Steel Division 2 - General Deluxe Edition
Steel Division 2 - Total Conflict Edition

So what's inside each one? Can someone clarify that for me?

Basic version; the special divisions aren't worth it, imo.

commander deluxe is same as total conflict, only missing history pass for 3 dlc, while general deluxe have history pass for 3 dlc, but missing the deluxe packs, compare as below link:
