The SdKfz 251/9 did not have a MG 42 as a standard secondary weapon. In-game the vehicle should only be armed with a 75L24.....

Having additional mounting points for MG34/42 was pretty common (on transports).
Could be used f.ex. in conjunction with MP40 barrel nose for some serious firepower out of the back/sides.
Yes a side/rear AA MG was squad based,whereas the front MG was crew served.
On the Sd.Kfz.251/9 the rear facing AA mount was standardized but having an MG was dependent on the crew/unit.
