How to unlock "Zoodystopia"?

just as the title says, how does one unlock the card pack Zoodystopia?

I haven't unlocked yet, but that's in Quest -> Skill tree. (there's an another card pack unlock in same way too)
I was not a quest-player so its taking some of my time :c

Can get pretty good EXP playing extra dungeon.
