It creates an unnecessary friction, the blueprint is here for an excellent and different game. People obviously want to play this coop badly.
It really, really needs a streamlined co-op experience and they need to allow the second player to have the same level of progression as the first player and the ability to equip gear.
Everyone understands if the second player has no bearing on the story and can't effect the world outside of walking around and combat.
If you want to support, please consider to drop a review here if you are enyjoing the game. I can proudly say we don't overpromise and so far, we've delivered everything we shared with the community [and much much more]
Thank for the feedback :)
I have Lileah in my party, but she never uses her skills, even when almost dying to enemies.
Also I'm on beta branch arcane arts.
She started to use her skill when she is almost dying, but still it seems random.
It would be better if we had a shortcut to trigger each companion skill instead of relying on their behaviour ai.
Any video? That's probably a bug occuring with the rework, she works fine in Forgemasters
I was wondering if buying this game or not, now I know I have to. Even just the possibility to play this with a friend gives me thrills. Also, I'll drop a review as soon as I get enough hours into the game. Good luck to the team.
I wouldn't buy this game to play solo, so I really want to know exactly how it works
I honestly don't understand how we went from normal co-op, to dark souls style co-op, to having to find companions to play with a real friend.
I mean, what happened to simple co-op like Halo, Baldurs Gate, Contra, Gears of War, Diablo, etc?
Features = budget. That's how it works
