What's the actual difference between a Pyromancer's robe and Aeromancer's robe?

The description text says that each robe "enhances control" over its respective element, but the stat bonuses don't list any boosts for magic other than -10% cooldowns for all spells. Is there some non-listed bonus or there's no actual difference between these robes?
