Alaloth: Champions of The Four Kingdoms officially leaves Early Access tomorrow! We’re beyond excited to finally share the culmination of years of hard work, passion, and countless battles with all of you. We know emotions are running high (ours too!), so we’ve put together this post to prepare you for the big day and provide all the key info you’ll need. Whether it’s reporting bugs, diving into discussions, or learning more about what’s next, we’ve got you covered.

We’d like to remind everyone that we’re a micro team of just 7 people, yes, really! With such a small crew, we work hard to stay on top of everything, but to keep communication as smooth and efficient as possible, we primarily use Discord as our main channel for real-time interactions. While we do read the Steam boards (we promise!), our responses here might be a bit slower. So, if you need quick help, want to report an issue in real time, or just feel like chatting about the game, hop into our Discord server. If you encounter any bugs or technical issues after launch, we’ve set up dedicated spaces to ensure your voice is heard and issues are resolved as quickly as possible.

If the game
- is crashing on launch,
- opens up, but all you can see is a black screen

you can tentatively try to fix it by adding either “-force-gfx-mt” or “-force-gfx-st” as a launch option to disable some advanced rendering features on unsupported hardware.
You should try “-force-gfx-mt” first.
