Could do with some QoL changes

I'm tentatively enjoying it so far, but I think the game could do with some small quality of life updates.

Some small things that I picked up on:
1. You have to keep set followers every battle. For FA this is fine since you already have a preparation screen, but for random encounters it gets real tedious real fast. I think once you've set the followers, they should be kept set until you decide to swap them out (another tab on the menu perhaps?).

I would even suggest two button on the random encounter dialogue screen, one that take you directly to the battle without the intermediate follower screen, and the other to the follower screen to change up party before you start.

2. Set potion/resources should auto replenish if there's more in stock. Right now each time I consume a slot, I have to manually set it again. Why not have the game just auto refill the slot if I have more of the same potion in my inventory at the end of a battle? Would save a lot of inventory fiddling.

3. There should be a quick repair hotkey on the first screen of the blacksmith shop, instead of having to tab over twice.

4. Think someone else mentioned it, but have a marker to indicate towns we've been to. You already do this with Lore NPCs.

5 (this one's pretty subjective) the stagger feels a bit odd. There doesn't seem to be a lot of down time when you break an enemy's poise. In fact, from what I see they are able to almost immediately attack after poise break, so you can only really get off one or two hits safely. Maybe make poise harder to break, but give players a longer offensive window?
