Zao is good with hints. Some time ago, I was wondering about a NPC companion who seemed to not have a quest line at all (the companion never had a dialogue option to talk to him) - I thought maybe it was bugged and I made a post. Zao replied and gave me a good hint without spoilering too much by just saying that the companion was not bugged and just needed some things done before his quest started (without telling me the exact details which was cool because I prefer to discover it on my own as long as I know it was not bugged)
