You actually don't really need The Demon's Warden, The Dragonslayer or Sanguine Warplate work just as well, and they can be bought from travelling merchants relatively early and cheaply.
On that note, some of the rarities of items seem strange, for example, that's the best unique cloak that I found in the game and it's just a rare one. And there are some legendary armors (e.g. The Blessed or Aegis of Valor) which are way worse than The Dragonslayer, which is epic, and Sanguine Warplate, which is rare. Those legendary armors are even worse than The War Hawk, which is also rare, can be bought super early into the game, and is by far the best option until you get one of the other armors mentioned here.
must be extremely lucky to get 2 sockets cuz i crafted over 1000 items i got only 4 items with one socket .. multiple times in different towns (save/load), rest without socket .. so i gave up on crafting
even if i got 2 sockets, not worth it cuz i better items from quests ..
game is lacking upgrading already owned items ..
i always lack this option in any game, some good system .. many games has it but very limited, stupid and rng .. but normally you go to any artisan irl for custom crafting .. almost never see it within game ..
it would be something awesome to have .. when you have to grind, make it custom, upgrade this, upgrade that, increase price each time but at least it would be worth it .. never understood why everyone is using RNG and forcing players to spend even thousands hours .. its play to lose etc ..
i was trying multiple people save/load and got bunch of items but never used them :D
