If you want to save a new blueprint from an existing station, it can be done in Manage submenu.
If the station blueprint already exists, add something to it and it will save.
You can assign a blueprint on the station. It won't allow to reconstruct it completly, but you can add some new parts to the station and build them after "Restore walls by blueprint". Let me know if I got you wrong.
'Deconstruct all' on the station besides the core
'Restore walls' and the station will rebuild from the new applied blueprint
Now it's work but it can't deconstruct things who is not on the new blueprint and he doesn't change or apply the new Ressource Area...
