Double vision
Immediately starting the game I am getting a very bad double vision. There are two of everything unless I close an eye. It is as if the VR is being broadcast backwards.
All I can do is close one eye and select exit game. Even the 'step into the middle of the room' is doubled
Any ideas?

Using Windows Mixed Reality

The other three from I have tried from this company (the gleam, the cabin, the ruins) are OK

Hey there! Currently none of our titles support the Windows Mixed Reality headsets. Only Oculus Rift, and HTC Vive.

The previous titles may have worked due to being on an older engine version. I'll look into any fixes we can make on our end, but we do not have the hardware to test with. We hope to change this as soon as we get ahold of some hardware. Unfortunately, I am not sure when this will happen.

Steam offers a refund as long as you have played the game for less than 2 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you need any further assistance, I'd be happy to help!

Hello, I had been experiencing the same issue with Creed: Rise of the Glorry with my Samsung Odyseey+ hmd. Deleting local user config folder before starting the game fixes the problem.

But, with this game it is not working.

Yeah, we have not yet been able to find the source of this issue. Our guess is its and engine related bug, and if that's the case its kind of out of our reach to fix it until the Epic devs fix it. We're messing around with a new engine version in our next title, and if our testers experience similar issues, we'll go back and see if we can implement any fixes to this title. We are very sorry you are experiences issues. We do not have a Samsung Odyssey to test internally as of now.

If you don't mind me asking, are you using an AMD card by chance? There was a direct X engine rendering bug a few engine versions back with AMD cards.

Hi, I don't think it is AMD related, here is my system summary:

Kaby Lake 14nm Technology
RAM
16,0GB Single-Channel Unknown @ 1197MHz (17-17-17-39)

Intel HD Graphics 630 (Dell)

I found a small discussion here https://steamcommunity.com/app/811310/discussions/0/1698300679761158826/?ctp=2
about an hotfix related to Unreal Engine 4.18.

By the way, I am eager to help if can do something with my wmr headset, remotely, for you to test, I don't know how, just in case.

Thank you, we will see if it is possible to upgrade the engine version. Sometimes this can create complications for finished projects, but hopefully it goes smoothly.

Yes, this double vision issue is a well-known problem with Unreal Engine 4.18 and WMR headsets. It was fixed in version 4.19. I ended up having to refund the game, but if a fix ever comes I will gladly re-purchase. I was really looking forward to playing this one.
