Who do I need to contact about bugs?

So for me, this game fails to start. After the monkey makes the triangle on startup, it crashes. Who do I need to contact, and how, to show them this?

what worked for me was to delete my setting.bin file in the game install folder then restart the game I was running a different resolution on two wide screens and when down to a smaller 1920x1080 screen was the only thing that worked for me good luck
