yellow arrow is a hunter's mark coming at you
The color or the size (don't remember now) should also indicate the distance
The number of the semi-circles also is the number of fireballs headed for you. If you see them all turn white it means your mostly succesfully evaded the fireballs that are still traveling but are no longer in trajectory to you.
Wow I really had no idea! I don't remember having any of this in the tutorial. Maybe you should consider adding it as it seems pretty vital.
Its actually in the ingame guide, its not something you can just tell newbies to do as they will just get frustrated because they dont have the reflex yet to dodge fireballs. The ingame guide is too hidden in the lobby UI for newbies to find it even though its just 2 click, I learned it from youtube veteran players as I try to "gitgud".
My experience after watching youtube guides actually payed off as from lvl 3 onwards, I keep dominating the newbie mode, I feel could already fight anyone below lvl 20.
Now that I am lvl 20 i now cry fighting against more skilled players at lvl 20+
Run for cover, or break and boost in the opposite direction to dodge them. The closer they are, the easier it is for you to dodge but you have to time it right.
