Known issues and solutions

This is a list of the most recurring issues that have been reported to us, and solutions/fixes when they do apply. It's not an exhaustive list, so if the bug you're encountering isn't listed here, please use the form on our official website: https://www.century-age-of-ashes.com/fr/support/

KNOWN ISSUES AND SOLUTIONS - DECEMBER 7TH 2021 UPDATE

ISSUE: Some missions do not track progress correctly, making them impossible to complete.
SOLUTION: This problem will be fixed in an update coming this week.

ISSUE: Some players who purchased a Behemoth Pack are not able to display the code for the Wyvern Pack they can gift to a friend.
SOLUTION (UPDATE): This issue has been identified and will be fixed shortly.

PROBLEM: Some players who purchased a Founder's Pack are not able to display the code to redeem a special role on Discord.
SOLUTION (UPDATE): This issue has been identified and will be fixed shortly.

ISSUE: Some players encountered teams where the amount of players on either team exceeded the team size limit. This does not include games launching with incomplete teams.
SOLUTION: This issue has been fixed in yesterday’s patch.

ISSUE: Some players have been experiencing various crashes in the game.
SOLUTION: First and foremost, make sure your drivers are fully updated. You should also verify the game files on Steam.
Disabling overlays like Discord, Steam, Shadowplay, FRAPS etc might also help.
Some crashes can be prevented by changing the game’s settings in your Steam directory to disable fullscreen optimization and override DPI. You can find a helpful tutorial right by fellow dragoneer ShonnyHD here: https://youtu.be/3NYaQn1GjNw
We’re also working on solutions for optimization and crashes in general. If you encounter a crash in the game, please make sure to Send the Report to the dev team - sharing a screenshot of the report on Discord will not be helpful to us.

ISSUE: Some players have been encountering issues receiving XP after completing a game.
SOLUTION: We’re still working on figuring out this issue for the moment.

ISSUE: Some players have not properly received their due Beta rewards, either received an incorrect reward or no reward at all.
SOLUTION: Most players’ beta rewards have been correctly distributed, so first and foremost please make sure that you haven’t missed anything by checking for your items! If you really didn’t get the appropriate rewards, the best solution would be to contact support.

RODEO mission seems to not work. (As a Marauder, mark and eliminate the Flag bearer 2 times in Gates of Fire.)

After 1 day, many tries, it finally started to show in games and i've done 1 of 2 requirements - so maybe it just happen to bug sometimes or you have to check quest list when game loads - if it's there - you can do it.

I welcome, I will say briefly, the game will die if you do not make the selection of levels according to the mind, because this is just a nightmare, I am level 14 and the guys of the second when the opponents are 15-30 lvl

I had this issue with my friend, but only before completing the tutorial and the first few games it asked me to play, after that we were able to play. If you're already past all that, I wouldn't be any help. Sorry, hope this helps.

When Century: Age of Ashes first launched, it played very smoothly without the slightest stuttering, and now why does it feel stuttering when playing. Century: Age of Ashes will be an impeccably good game if it can completely eliminate the lag when playing.

anyway you can make a challange swap. you gave me play 3 skirmish and then turned of skirmish

Yea how about adding the issue of buying a new pack of armor for real money only to be told I can't use it. I don't care if it clips through the dragons model let me put my cosmetics I purchased on.
