How do you jump down?

Like fall down through the floor? i'm trying to get the teddy on second level and ive read that u can jump down by holding down plus jump but it doesnt work on xbox control. Can you even do this? How do i get that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ teddy lol

Ok so you probably just cant do it. But ive watched 4 playthoughs of this level and none can get the teddy

I know its been like 8 years since you posted this but you have to use the pogo stick to reach it. It IS doable though.

The technique used:
aight so you got the teddy sitting in the top left, a big red brick with two clams underneath it. to the immediate right of the big red brick is a platform stairway that sits over an even bigger red brick... THIS bigger red brick is where i start from to reach the teddy.
1. from the starting location activate the pogo stick and get your height going
2. jump from the bigger red brick to the platform staircase, the height you reach with the pogo stick will be perfect for the right level of the staircase you need.
3. land with the pogo stick as far to the left as you can while still landing on the staircase and KEEP THAT MOMENTUM GOING.
4. the next jump should have enough height and speed to let you just barely grab the teddy.
