Sure. Just load the game files on the ios or osx version of dosbox.

Nope. I don't use any Apple products. You'll have to find a readme file or ask someone else.

In any case, as with regular dosbox, remember to dig into the configuration file and play around with scaler and renderer settings to suit your tastes.
