Has anyone figured this out? I can't find any walkthroughs for this added content online. It seems like no matter what I do, the virus defeats me. I talk to people with the virus, work through all conversation options, fail to help them (I'm pretty sure through no fault of my own, since I have several hacking related professions), and then can't talk to them again. I somehow got 1/3 cures down you have to do, but I don't know what I'm supposed to do to get the other 2.

Tips:
Be thorough when looking in the South end down the alley. There's a dagger glitch you can interact with. Best to read carefully
Follow that up with a Trep over by that trio in the west side
Whip it out
Ken can tell you about fighting viruses
When you throw down in the showdown, pay attention to the names of the files/attacks the virus is using; they can hint at what best defense and approach to use. It helps if you are a Cheater/Programmer.
