After getting all powers and endings the 'real' end level is open. When you start the game there should be a new arch you can go through in the very beginning cave (the one with the pistol)
Some tips on levelling up: Kill those deus ex machinas and helicopters on the Mars level and set the respawn rate up. Definitely use a 444 pistol or the heavy sniper rifle (they have armor piercing) and the enemies will go down in 3-5 hits or so. By researching and upgrading cyber and medical skill you will be able to spend zero downtime and instead basically heal/regen energy during combat ;)
It also helps if you re-roll your character with all 3 slots set to metastreumatic and re-roll until you get -good- stats.
This helped me so much when I reinstalled the game and made a new character (after deleting my old one). Made sure every stat I could make green was green before accepting.
Granted, it doesn't really help that I've got several fatal wounds since making the character, thus dropping my stats a bit, but that'll all line itself out when/if I get the research materials for BioRegen research. :v
I'm kind of tempted to use noclip to see what's behind those closed doors, if anything. Hoping to just unlock them though instead of resorting to console shenanigans. :p
Yes, I know this already. But what about the top row of closed doors back in Temple HQ?
Next character try to have a role or class in mind and go for a gene mix that gives you a high bonus in the two skills you will need the most. For instace, my favorite class is the Divine Assassin, a pure melee role. The gueburah will give high bonus in strength, endurance, and agility and high malus in medicine, hacking and mental balance. If you can get a good roll then you won't have to worry about putting any points into strength or agility and can have a pool of points that you can use in other stats later on.
But if you do pick metastreum, then try to keep in mind of two stats you believe you will need the most and go for a very high bonus. If you try to get all your stats green then you'll get a pretty even distribution which you can easily do with the normal gene. Then again, there may be a very rare roll where you can get a high bonus in all stats. I just may be unlucky, haha.
There's a guy that mentions that some doors only open at certain times or on certain days. So maybe they planned to have events and such in the game, or DLC.
As to the big door, no idea. I'm hoping it opens once I 100% the game
