how do you destroy the dam PLANES?!?!

these planes...i shoot like crazy and blow off the turrets and flamin pieces come flying off as well...but the dam planes keeps coming....even when its tilted 45degrees from shooting the engine on the right wing....fill it with aaaaallllll your lead...its still spraying you with a bullet shower/storm. how do i defeat it?

there are several, use the high powered sniper rifle (one that looks vaguely like a barrett) and it'll take about 5 shots to the fuselage. or if you have it, use the BK.444 and 3 shot it. Now there is a spell combo that lets you 1 shot the plane, but it requires 2 gate spells or you might hurt yourself pretty bad.

Excidium Cannon is the most fun way to blow those things up.


But if you don't have that, get the second sniper rifle available to you. It takes about 3-4 shots to destroy it. Also, invest in the Cloak ability from the Medical Bay in the temple. You may need more Agi stats.

i can tbelieve a sniper does more damge...assult rifles and other they just dont do ♥♥♥♥ :/

The sniper that -does- destroy planes also has a very small magazine and it weighs a lot.

Best way to take them out is by hacking them. Hack the Interceptor and then it will fight on your side. =)

Have you actually found a place where you won't get shot at where you can hack the Interceptors though? Because I can't find any safe zones.

against those flying interceptors & the DeusEx,snipers are first choice.
For anything that is somewhat humanoid,an AR is just fine

They are very heavily armored so they take only a few points of damage from most weapons. Armor piercing weapons such as the ,50 sniper rifle and bear killer do full damage and so can destroy them fairly quickly.

never got a chance to hack...theres a camping ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ right behind me everydam time im trying to hack...it pisses me off so much...the plane i cant ge6t close enough to hack.
its impossable.
i just double tap them with a sniper now and its done...theres a pistol i discovered that 2 hits the choper too...it holds 4 shot ina clip...cant think of it...

That's the Bear Killer 444. Comes with AP rounds. I still prefer my Excidium Cannon to take those things down.

I actually did find a way to hack the Interceptors. But it also invovled me jumping on top of one, effectively riding it.
