where to find these Federal portals.

I have made it thru the whole level at least twice and I don't have any Idea on where to look for the last missing portal , even after searching on google all I found where Indication that I don't understand at all.

The last postal isnt the fed portal, its the portal to the dead king ( king of death or something like that. )

( U must dont join feds to obtain it, u must kill the feds guy and hack their security. )

Alternatively if you fail to hack the system, you can go to the dead-end portal (the one that you go past the first Deus Ex Machina for), which leads to a caved-in room/doorway with 2 turrets near a giant floor vent with rocks protruding from the walls below in the vent. Here you can hack the vent (it's pretty difficult, more so than hacking a regular door or a turret) and open it to go down to the same area.

You can actually just play the submission of the mars level and all of the portals are opened for you.
