Can't find the cloak implant in the implant menu, am I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and missing something?
I.m trying to find the cloak implant in the Cybertech menus but I seriously don't see it, plz help

you want to buy the cloak ability? you need to be at the temple HQ and go to the med bay and buy it from there.

That's because it's not cybertech and a buyable implant sold by the happy augment merchant in temple HQ. Cybertech doesn't unlock any new abilities, just improves the performance of your implants.
