Can anyone explain where it is? I couldn't find any information about it.
Or is it random enemy drop?

Well after several hours I eventually abandoned the mission, since everywhere I went 5-10 enemies spawned every 10-20 seconds, on lowest spawn setting. Never reached the warehouse because of it.

Here's another hint: Damocles, dermal sheath, energy transform, syringe and level 10 cyberlegos. Maybe dragon too for good measure.

Might have been five or six hints actually.

It's hidden pretty well though, that briefcase. I think it changes location. Sweep the apartments, the warehouse, the maintenance room behind the apartments, perhaps the ol McHack or the streets at the far end where the deus ex may spawn. Don't bother with the sewer though, it's not there I think.

Think it may also be hidden in the glass-covered auto doors to apartments by the terminal square, not that far away from the warehouse.

Sorry for this necromancy (or should I say, necrocybermancy?), but I swept through most of the map looking for the damned thing.

It has 5 possible spawn locations far as I know: Mchack, the sewer access cul de sac near the looter apartments, or one of the 3 apartment building entrances with a sliding glass door.
