I might just be imagining things, but I could almost swear that I take a bit of damage everytime I swing the thing. Anyone else notice this? I just got it and was very excited and now... now it feels weird.

This is normal. The negative effects are obtained due to many factors. My character was previously 64 concussion. :D
This is a very bad effect on the perception of gunfire and explosions. Because of this, he often fell into an epileptic seizure. XD

My stats are just fine, I have hardly any permanent damage and my mental stability is just fine.

After some research, you can completely cure all ailments and increase resistance to them. )

Nevermind, it's not damaging me anymore lol. My legs are fine lmao. also I have a language pack so my notifications are normal like "crippled legs" and "Legs have been mended"

Wasn't that the case of too low strength or PSI attributes?

My Psi and strength are well above the requirements, I just was being reckless I think because it's fine now.
