Red Crucible 2: Reborn Game Upate

As we approach the release of Red Crucible 2: Reborn we would like to reveal additional information about the game.

Here is what we will address

1. What will be the Honor price of premium weapons?
The premium weapons honor prices will range from 10k to 20k, but mostly 10k to 15k each.

2. What will be the Honor prices of non premium weapons (in the store)?
The non premium weapons honor prices will be:
– Bronze will be 2,500 honors
– Silver will be 6,000 honors
Please note that there could be some price variation within these categories based on the weapon’s capabilities.

3. What will be the Honor price of gear, equipment, clothing and skins (in the store)?
– Vests and helmets will be 550 honors each.
– Web gear, goggles and other gear will be 375 honors each.
– Clothing items will be around 375 honors each. Some clothing items will be less.
– Head gear items will be around 550 honors each.

4. Will players receive anything special for buying the game in early access?
Yes! For every player who helps support us by purchasing RC2R during early access, they will receive the premium Assassin outfit/clothing bundle including the Ban Hammer. This bundle will only be available during early access and will never come back to the game, ever again. This Assassin bundle will distinguish early players from all the other players.

5. Will the unlock trees have all the same weapons as RC2, and what will be the unlock HP cost?
Yes. The unlock honor price for all of the unlock weapons will be 400 honors each.

6. What Arenas will be available in early access?
All of the arenas will need to be heavily tested during early access to ensure they work properly.

7. Will all of the original RC2 game mechanics be present in RC2R?
Yes.

8. Will RC2R ever be available on other platforms besides Steam?
TBD…

9. What is the future of RC2R?
This is the most exciting part! We have already started to design (on paper) new and unique arenas. We plan on having new vehicles designed specifically for certain new arenas. This will make gameplay in these arenas much more interesting. We are also planning to release new weapons and character outfit bundles for players to unlock.

My son is trying to play, but the FPS and ping make it nearly impossible to get kills. He was fine on RCF and just wanted to play similar without the hackers. How come both RC2 and RCF work fine, but this game is so bad?

Fix the progression system, grinding is near freaking impossible, this amount of grinding has no place in a game of 20 bucks.
