Either way, as stated in previous blogs (e.g. the one on the "End of an Era" CDLC) we are not planning to release any more content for Anno 1800.
I also don't think the patch notes comment section is the right place for this kind of discussion.

I personally was gifted the Definitive Annoversary Edition, and only the items that were in store and released at the time of the purchase are showing as owned.
They are in game for me, but Steam keeps (helpfully - lol) offering to sell them to me again.
