Its 2024 and this game still has denuvo, still requires ubi crap launcher and is developed by ubi, the latter is a mild inconvenience since the devs made an awesome game, but who knows when some demented manager pulls some crap on it

After the update, it is telling me my installed of ANNO 1800 cannot be validated & I can't launch it.

Be thankful you missed the sale. You can pay for the game but you won't be able to play it for long one week tops and it will crash and STEAM is no hellp, UBISOFT is worse. Teh game hours meter will log hundreds of hours in a matter of days as if there are hundtreds of hours in a week. This is total BS crap of a game support. About to give up on both and start buying CD's for retro games and telling both Steam and Ubisoft to *#@% off.
