Played the closed beta almost without sleeping ;-) I already love the game. There are still some minor bugs with items and questing but so far it's awesome.
One thing that i personally think need improvement, is the influence system. Once you get further in the game you start to lack more and more influencepoints, making it impossible to build certain buildings or even extra ships. That said, i can't wait for the release and think that 4 days is way to short for a beta XD

The Islands are too small.
Especially with the Crazy amounts of Farmer Population you need in Midgame.

I was going to Pre-Order, but I have heard the AI is quite passive. Has anyone tried the game on 3 star yet? Is it more difficult?

I think ill wait till release to ensure the AI is up to snuff before jumping in.
