I mean... whatever store/launcher ubisoft game is bought it is still gonna be launched through uplay and added to your uplay, noone in this world bought division 2 on epic store because you can just straight up buy it from uplay for 20% off with achievement points on any edition and skip any other launcher. Whatever ubisoft game you buy on other launcher always goes through uplay.

I have ALL Anno games. bought legally. You know that was not easy back in 90-ies in Russia. But I did it. You know what, Ubi? ♥♥♥♥ it. I've had enough. First that UPlay of yours, that's always there, no matter I don't need it. I have Steam. Now that EPIC ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Just gonna pirate it. By the way, EPIC drm is so badly coded so every game from it could be launched with a simple memory edit.

it's not an Epic exclusive simply because epic still launches you through uplay(which has 20 more features than epic), and in that case you'd rather just buy on uplay with same regional pricing as steam.

I can understand why some publishers might shy away from Steam's higher platform costs, but to secure your projected profit margin per unit sold, just pass the cost on to the consumer by raising the cost of your game to say $60 or $70. Oh wait, Ubisoft already did that. Epic fail.

Das darf doch nicht war sein, Ubisoft hat für mich eine Meise!
Ich habe das Siel noch heute auf Steam Vorbestellt, weil ich eine E Mail Nachricht von Steam bekommen habe, dass das Spiel Anno 1800 bald nicht mehr verfügbar auf Steam ist. Epic Games kann mich mal.
Ubisoft soll sich vom Acker machen und kann mich auch mal, wenn Sie nichts mehr auf Steam anbieten wollen. Ich bin zwar auch Uplay Kunde muss mich dann sowieso einmal Anmelden wenn ich Anno 1800 spielen möchte.
Aber auf dem Plattform Steam habe ich gute übersicht und möchte auf einem bleiben, als dass ich überall woanders mich anmelden muss, dass ich irgendein Spiel spielen kann. Ich finde es auch gut so dass viele Anbieter über Steam die Spiele vertreiben.
