As with previous Ubisoft games, you will launch the game in Steam which will then launch the Uplay launcher to start the game. Steam will do the process automatically for you with the

If you pre ordered the full game on Steam, you will be able to play it on Steam on release day. The Open Beta is only available through Uplay or Epic, however and not Steam.

if you preorder on steam you get to play on steam and still have access to all future DLC and patches.

Epic take something like 12%. Steam 30. Whether you think it's the publisher being greedy or steam is up to you.

i bought it on steam.. i want to play it on steam. If not i will ask for a refund too.

Its good for those buying after release day, but they have to take the issue of adding it their steam library and need to login to Uplay while in steam it just auto login for steam users.

Since they are pulling this from Steam at launch you can pretty much guarantee that this will not have Steam Achievements or cards. Ubisoft does not care about Steam players. They never have

I hate games without Steam achievements (even for those early access games). What a shame is to publish games on Steam without achievements nowadays!
