doctaBernau, I've read your report, and I'm sorry to hear that an activation Issue is impacting your experience !
For the purpose of our investigation, in order to isolate the Issue, I invite you to let us know if the problem persists after trying the following steps :
- Close Ubisoft Connect and Steam
- Launch Ubisoft Connect and Steam as admin
- Check if both apps are in online mode
- Launch Anno 1800 as admin
