After Hotfix - Multiplayer Sync Problem
Since the Hotfix, Multiplayer game is not working well.
We have Sync problems and after deconnexion / reconnexion finaly the game crash.
Do you have any idear?

I've taken note of your message, and I'm sorry to hear that sync Issues are impacting your experience in Anno 1800 !

For the purpose of our investigation, in order to isolate the Issue, I invite you to provide us with the following information :

- Are there any error messages / error codes when the disconnections / crashes happen ?

- Are there mods active ?

- Do the problems persist after checking the game files for anything missing or corrupted, as well as the steps of our dedicated {LINK REMOVED} ?

Don't hesitate to let us know if you have questions, or for any other Issue !

i have one now that is desync then need to restart then after restart again multiplayer crush its says Desync detected- LR40 always :bbtcat:

Hi !

{LINK REMOVED} has been released today and includes a fix for desyncs occurring in multiplayer.

Feel free to let us know if error LR40 is still happening afterwards, or if you have questions !

Hi, we are have the issue now after the latest hotfix. In the beginning we received the LR40 Error, but afterwards we had many disconnects without an error message. It would only suddenly show that somebody left the game and repeat that every 3 minutes after re-logging.

Just so we can rule out any issues on your end, could you please give the steps from our connectivity article [www.ubisoft.com] a go and let me know if the issue continues for you afterwards?

A short video of the issue happening for you would also be helpful if you find the time.
