campaign bug

i am on another play though of the campaign and the find my cousin leading a mob is bugged.

the mobs never spawn. even if i go back several auto saves they do not spawn as they should.

any fix?

That is odd, there is 5 more mob on town to find, you should able to spot red clothing people crowd here and there all over the Bright Sands City, I had been many time thought this quest number of patch even latest patch 16. cousin is little harder to find, it's often near center of world fair, after that, 5 mob/crowd is anywhere in city of Brights Sand, it's could be near bank, it's could be near church/market, it's could be near police, ect.

but I don't play on steam, I just played anno 1800 on ubisoft, so I don't know if steam version cause issues.

the mobs did not spawn when i started a second fresh new campaign.

campaign is broken will just find an old auto save that might work.

In order to isolate the Issue, I invite you to provide us with the following information :

- Can you spot the quest characters when slowing down the game to the maximum and zooming in ?

- Are there mods active on your current save ?

hi it was weird. the fix for the bug is strange yet simple. zoom all the way!

yes that's it. when i zoomed all the way it POOF angry mobs. but they absolutely were not there when i jumped to the location, no sounds of riots, but i saw the carts and regular street traffic. when i zoomed in the mobs phased into existence.

Does the problem persist after checking the steps of our dedicated {LINK REMOVED}PC troubleshooting guide ?

This will help check if corrupted or missing files were contributing to the Issue.

i am fairly certain that it is a graphical bug. i have unintentionally reproduced it on a campaign restart. I bet Update graphics card drivers may fix it, the rest has already been done or is not necessary.
