Asking for CD Key, have searched and tried everything found in discussions and on Google

As the title says, Im at a loss, every solution Ive found either does not work, or has been patched out (going to manage ---> CD Keys, Removing Uplay files in Annos directory etc)

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have tried the following with no success:

Changed Anno & Ubi Connect to Admin
Removed the cache folder
Verified Game Files
Confirmed that my Steam account and Ubi account are linked correctly.
Removed & reinstalled Ubi Connect
