Uplay (Ubisoft Connect) is not connecting !!!
Hello,

I need help!

I've been trying to play, but for the past few days when I start the game through Steam, when I open the Ubisoft app, I simply get a message that my email address and/or password are invalid, in an account where I've been using the same email and nickname for over a decade.

When I try to recover the password through the registered email, nothing arrives in my inbox either, just like nothing arrives via SMS on my phone.

I've had the account for over 10 years, dozens of Ubisoft games purchased through the Ubisoft store itself and often some purchased again through Steam, in addition to lvl+100.

And through support to recover the password they are ignoring me.

Can someone from support or any user help me ?

Hello PLATOON, sorry to hear that you have been having trouble logging into your account in Ubisoft Connect.

To troubleshoot this I would first recommend trying to login to the Ubisoft account website. [account.ubisoft.com] Depending on whether you successfully log in or not determines the next steps.

If you were able to log in - This indicates the issue relates directly to Ubisoft Connect, to resolve this, I would recommend completing the steps below
- Complete a fresh reinstall of Ubisoft Connect [ubi.li]
- Add Ubisoft Connect to your anti-virus/firewall whitelist
- Launch Ubisoft Connect and Steam using admin rights [ubi.li] to ensure permissions are granted

If you were unable to log in - This indicates the issue relates to your account itself.
I understand for this you already reached out and have not received a response. To ensure you receive Ubisoft emails, first, check your email's spam or junk folder, as they may be mistakenly marked as such. Then, whitelist the official Ubisoft email addresses (AccountSupport@ubi.com, no-reply.account@ubisoft.com, and updates@account.ubisoft.com) to prevent future emails from being filtered
I must add that I do not have any timescales for a response but an agent will always respond as soon as possible.
In addition to ensure you have reached out to the right place, I would recommend using our dedicated account recovery form [ubi.li]

Should you have any trouble at all, just let us know

Good evening,

I am desperate with this situation, I can't recover my account, you can see for yourself on my profile here on Steam how many Ubisoft games I have, I have opened several tickets, I have sent several logs from my notebook and PC, game key and origin, and they simply say that they have not found anything that links me to my stolen Ubisoft account.

I have a secondary account, which is also my main account that was stolen from friends, and the status is listed as absent.

My account was changed on the 13th of this month, something I saw yesterday that was in the spam box.

Support says to send a verification code to my email registered on the account, but nothing arrives in my inbox. Which of course it won't arrive since someone who stole it changed the registration data.

I have tried to contact support through other emails of mine, but the responses are always automated. They say that documents are missing to prove the damage to my account and they say that they are closing the case in the same email, they don't give me the chance to ask what documents they need to prove that the account is mine.

I hope you can help me,
PLATOON Apr 30 @ 6:29pm
Besides, I don't have any Ubisoft games in the Steam library, since they are linked to the Ubisoft account that was stolen, which according to the email I had received was a person from the Netherlands who hacked my account. He accessed it and immediately changed the email and password. It's all in my spam box.
I can tell you that Ubisoft has been hacking all the time. Not only you has the same problem. My cousin and me got the same problem what ubisfot and steam are doing! We pay for them to got a game! They should return our games or we will consider them both as suspects !

So, according to the ticket that is still open since 04/24 that Ubi-WheelyDuck sent me, they are not responding. I have already sent the email I received when the hacker changed my data, proof of purchase, about 10 directory logs and NOTHING.
I can't even unlink the games I bought on Steam from the Ubisoft one. In other words, I was harmed TWICE, and I can't play the games I bought on Steam, since they are linked to this account that was stolen. And look, there are not a few games.

same problem here! can you fix your own software ?
PLATOON May 5 @ 7:51pm
Before I did, I logged in with a secondary account, an old one too, both through the software and through the website normally.
And the same way on the notebook.

But what is the exact description of your problem ?

I just installed the ubisoft software using the IObit uninstall program and nothing.

I can't believe that the hacker stole my account right in front of me without me being able to do anything and without a minimum effort from Ubisoft support to help me.

Good evening Ubi-Vinci

Support is simply giving me the bills, following your instructions, I sent proof of the game from 2012, I sent proof of the Steam and Ubisoft stores, but the old and current addresses.

Is there no way you can help me?, because of them I have no hope.

Hello PLATOON!

Regrettably, we are unable to handle account-related issues on public platforms. Only our support specialists handling tickets are able to investigate and assist with such matters.

I give up, you can not provide proper support. I will never buy any games from you again !
