Hi everyone, I’m trying to play Anno 1800, but I keep getting the error: ‘Failed to setup the swap chain. Error code: 1207.’
I’m using an NVIDIA RTX 4050 GPU. I’ve already tried updating my GPU drivers, reinstalling DirectX, and verifying the game files, but the issue persists.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
