Why Did My Newspaper Report a New World Island Shortage of Schnapps?

I do not have Season 4 yet (I will, but new DLCs usually have some bugs that need to be ironed out first). My newspaper just reported that my island in the New World is low on Schnapps. That's not on the list of things they want.

So I had to use Influence in order to avoid taking a Need Consumption hit because of that news article.

More over, goods like Hot Sauce, Atole, and Fertilizer are visible options in my warehouses, even though I don't have the DLC and can't make any. This was minor, though, and easily dismissed. The newspaper bug, however, effects the gameplay.

The DLC has new, bigger homes for Jornalero residences, which require schnapps, among other things. But you need the Hacienda (and DLC) to make those. Weird you got a newspaper notice like that.
