Cant start anno anymore since purchasing season pass 4
Hey, apparently my steam account was linked to an old ubisoft account of mine when i purchased the season pass #4. When starting anno i logged in with my current account but it is not working, it says that account (on which i played ann 30 hours the last 2 weeks!) does not own the game?
Please help me straighten this out, it is very frustrating as i cant play anno because i purchased additional content for it. I already linked my current account to my steam account and closed the old account which had no games on it, but that did not help.

Reinstalling ubisoft connect and deleting caches did not help. Does opening a ticket in english speeden the process up? This whole process is really discouraging towards future purchases.

I added an english problem description to the ticket, is it possible to flag the ticket to let support know that an english speaking person would also suffice?

All languages supported by our email teams (German included) are processed in the same way, so there is no need to add such a flag.

You can just refund the DLC through steam.
